Shipping Policy 

All deliveries to locations outside the United States must be sent using International Mail or UPS Red International ship methods only. Shipping Priority UPS Ground Residential UPS Ground Commercial UPS Next Day Air (RED) UPS 2nd Day Air (BLUE) First Class Domestic UPS Red International International Mail.

All International Customers will be responsible for any duties owed to their respective goverments. Orders refused by the customer that are returned to us because of duties or taxes due will not be refunded and any additional shipping costs for that return will be billed to your credit card.

While we offer shipping by International Mail, we do not recommend its use due to unreliable delivery. Unless otherwise specified by you, International Orders under $150 will be shipped International Mail. Likewise all APO and FPO packages will be shipped 1st Class Mail as required by government regulations.

As only UPS shipments can be traced, should your order be lost in transit using International Mail or 1st Class Mail it will not be replaced or refunded.

  • All orders placed after 9pm EST Mon - Wednesday will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 9pm EST Thursday - Saturday will processed the following Monday.
  • Orders placed after 9pm on Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday.
  • Overnight and 2nd day delivery requests will only be honored after your order is processed as reflected above.

Select items have individual production times (all Rings for example are made to order and require 4 week production time).

Please note these production times listed in each item numbers description when requesting 2nd day or overnight delivery.
